THINKING THROUGH COLOURS

A workshop on Disaster preparedness was jointly organised by Roty Club of Port Blair and an NGO care India at andaman Club Port Blair. The workshop Titled "Thinking Through Colours" was meant for the school going children gave the message through painting / sketching drawing. The workshop was inaugurated by the shri Ashok Kumar, Disaster Management and the certificates ,prize distribution was done by Shri Lucas Robert, Director Sports and culture. Total participants were 53 students.

Rotary Club in association with Inner Wheel club of Port Blair. organised an Eyecamp and a dental camp at Burmanallah community hall on 05th Sept. 08 Dr Sayeda Yasmeen Optholomologist along with other auxiliary staff of G B Pant Hospital and Dr. Poonam Aroara wife of Rtn Girish Aroraa Dental surgeon examined more than 50 villagers of village Bidnabad, Burmanallah,and Kodiyaghat. Shri Paramasivam Panchayat Pradhan and smt Kakali Gosh Secretary of Panchayat provided the support in organising this camp.Members of rotary club were present with their family.
